Healing Hut Office Policies

Arriving:

We ask that you please arrive to your appointment on time.  This is your time, and you will be charged for any time scheduled.  Unless we have been notified of a delay ahead of time, a patient more than 20 minutes late will be considered a cancellation.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments:

Please provide 24-hour notice of cancellation for your scheduled appointments.  Anything less will be charged accordingly.  The nature of our business requires time to reschedule someone within your cancelled time slot. 

Reasons for being dismissed/denied treatment:

Patients who demonstrate inappropriate conduct or safety concerns for the guests of Healing Hut or staff will be dismissed from the premises.

Financial Policy:

Your payment is due in full at the time of service.  We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. In the case that any checks are returned to us as unpaid by your bank, you will be charged an additional $25 processing fee. Non-or-late payment will be denied treatment until all payments in arrears are resolved.

Insurance Policy:

We currently do not accept health insurance, but can provide you with the necessary invoice for submission to your insurance company.
